I am so bad at keeping up with blogging.  I appologize to all of my fans and blog followers.  I had shot this engagement session back in the fall and loved the images.  Unfortunately this was back before the new website went live, so it sort of slipped through the cracks, until now!  It has been found and is begging to be shared.  Here goes…

Sarah and Rich were not your typical engaged couple. They loved the outdoors and wanted that to show in their photography.  The two chose a beautiful hiking area that reminded me of the enchanted forest.  The images we got were absolutely magnificent.  It was a crisp day, but sunny and not too cold.  We did not have to worry about weather at all during this shoot, making my job a whole lot easier.

Remember the alpacas I wrote about?  You got it! The baby alpaca was born on May 14, 2010 to the herd at Moore’s Misty Pine Alpacas. A full month late.  I cannot imagine being pregnant for a full extra month.  But the baby was born with little difficulty.  Kelli and her family are now the proud owners of Don Vito, the first male alpaca in their herd.  Mommy and baby have bonded appropriately and are both healthy and doing well.

There are two more alpacas expecting little ones any moment.  Hopefully we will get the privilege of photographing those babies when they are born as well.

This bride and groom were a fun-loving pair.  They wanted to have fun the whole day, and it really showed through in their photographs. They are people you want to be around all the time because they make everything fun.  Shooting their wedding was nothing but a joy.

First Communion, being such a memorable time in a child’s life, makes taking the photographs for the event an honor, much like the weddings I shoot.  Not only did we take the photographs while the children actually received Communion but we also were asked to photograph some family portraits.  The day turned out to be beautiful, great weather and perfect lighting.  Everything went off without a hitch.  Here are some of the photographs we took.

We had so much fun photographing the adorable pups.  Beach themed props were arranged in front of a white backdrop and the pups were placed among the props.  Appropriate for the summer season.

The pups were all well behaved and photogenic.  We can’t wait for the next Pet Portrait Days scheduled for July 11, 2010.

Tom and Jenn, are a wonderful couple who are getting married the end of June.  We previously photographed Tom’s family in Philadelphia.  They are all so pleasant and genuinely nice that we are so excited to be a part of Tom and Jenn’s special day.  It was a pleasure getting to know Jenn.  Both, Tom and Jenn, photograph so well.  It is evident in their photographs how much they mean to one another.

We are looking forward to the wedding.  Stay tuned for those photographs!

My assistant and I had the privilege of photographing the beautiful Stela.  Although she indicated that she has never modeled before, she is very talented and natural in front of the camera.

We had so much fun around Atlantic City, spending most of our time in Caesar’s and Bally’s.

We started out at the bride’ aunt’s house where the bride was getting dressed.  A house right off a golf course with an in ground pool!

Many of the bride and grooms this past year were so lucky because the weather was sunny and beautiful for most.  This bride was on of the lucky ones.  The ceremony was held outside. we were able to get gorgeous sunset photographs, it was a clear night and the sky was a firey orange.

This bride and groom had their whole day planned and every went like clockwork.  It was a bright sunny day and we were even able to get some sunset photographs.  This bride had a dove release in honor of the groom’s parents, a wonderful gesture that was fantastic to photograph. Any special moments during a ceremony or reception make for great photographs to add to your album plus great memories.

Happy Birthday, Sofia! Ok, it may be a little bit early (her birthday isn’t until May), but I’m just so excited to have had the honor of taking her very first portraits.  She is 11months old and did not give us any trouble at all. A little one who loves getting her picture taken!

We spent and hour and a half moving her around into this pose and that pose.  Her Mom brought two adorable little dresses that I made sure to get fantastic pictures of as well as several shots in her “birthday” suit!

We hope her Mom loves these portraits as much as we do and as much as we loved taking them. Thank you Luisa for sharing these moments with us.
